Personal care products must be in their original packaging. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that the products were received. Finally, used personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable per Amazon’s guidelines. However, we will work with all of our customers to reach a satisfactory outcome.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then payment will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 48 hours.

 

Late or missing refunds

Please keep in mind that Amazon generally takes 72 hours to post refunds. If you haven’t yet received a refund past the 72 hours, first check with your bank or credit card company. They often take 72 hours to post new transactions. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@drmadre.com.

 

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@drmadre.com. You will need to send the product that you need to exchange to 3206 S. Hopkins Ave. PMB #37, Titusville, FL 32780.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she or he will be notified of your return.

 

Shipping

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items are sometimes lost during the shipping process.

You are responsible for the shipping costs required to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it will take a variable amount of time to receive your exchanged product.
